Do you ship worldwide?


Ravnsgård Smykker offers worldwide shipping at an affordable price. All orders are shipped out with track and trace, so you can follow your artwork from dispatch until it arrives safely.

Do you offer local pickup??


You are more then welcome to swing by our studio in Copenhagen just under lange bro, Christians Brygge 31 to pick up your order.


Can I get my purchase refunded?


Your satisfaction is most important to us. Because of this we want to take every step to ensure that your shopping experience at Ravnsgård Smykker is a pleasant as possible. We therefore take youer exchange and refund request very seriously and will do all in our power to offer you thiss service within reason.

Please ask for a refund only if the following reasons are met:
(1) You have received a defective product.
(2) You have received the incorrect product, i.e. one which does not match what you ordered.

Furthermore, to be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must

(1) be unused and in the condition in which you received it; and
(2) be in its original packaging.

All refunds and exchange requests for defective goods will undergo assessment by the team.

We don’t accept the following reasons as valid for exchanges or returns:

(1) You ordered the wrong product.
(3) The design doesn’t suit you.
